As with the Individual Item Conversion Programs and in conjunction with the INAW programs, we propose to offer CEIP. This may enhance signal on mobile hardware and media systems and integrate SAF with existing communications systems to enhance or develop the now outdated networks which run on satellite and digital technology only. We also propose to improve the overall integrity of existing media and communications systems and have already started to do so.
